Senior Consultant | SAP FICO | Bengaluru | SAP Role and Responsibilities: Incidents, Problems & Service request resolution adhering to SLA Implementation of system change requests and releases. Perform Root cause analysis &Impact assessments. Understanding, analysis and timely resolution of issues faced during Project Deployment / support cycles Test case / test data preparation and testing of application & change releases. Document day to day tasks and related processes to prepare a knowledge base of support activities Requirement understanding & data gathering Interface & Monitoring Good experience on Project Implementation and Rollouts. Configuration of SAP FI, Central Finance modules in IMG based on business requirements Specify and document change requests (business process specification) Authority: Will be responsible for development, delivery & support in assigned area of work. Monitor, track, resolve and report tickets on support activities. Act as a point of contact for the client for any issues that occur in assigned area of work. Accountability: Build up knowledge in assigned areas and system understanding Will have to co-ordinate and communicate directly with client / business users as per the job requirements Customer support for issue resolution according to SLA. Should deliver on time & high quality development & support services.
